A guitar once set alight on stage by rock singer Jimi Hendrix, is expected to fetch over £500,000 ($900,000) at an auction in London. Also on the block are Elvis Presleys' application for a gun and The Beatles' first signed contract.

The auction, taking place at specialist London auction house Fame Bureau, could raise several million pounds from music memorabilia.
