Harmony adds a fourth bank for Gold Fields fight

Harmony Gold, the South African gold producer attempting to take over larger rival Gold Fields, has further boosted its advisory capability by hiring Morgan Stanley.

Harmony, whose all-share offer was rejected by Gold Fields last week, has already added Merrill Lynch to its stable of original advisers: HSBC and Investec.
