Following the loss of 18 emerging markets debt staff to Neuberger Berman earlier this year, and this week, the loss of a sizeable investment mandate to Goldman Sachs, chief investment officer at ING Investment Management Hans Stoter tells Financial News how he has rebuilt the team.

Financial News: This week, it was announced that Goldman Sachs Asset Management has won a $1.6bn mandate to invest in emerging market debt from Danske Bank, which used to be managed by ING Investment Management. Why did you lose the mandate?
