BNY Mellon funds boss Hanneke Smits can now add chair of diversity campaigners the 30% Club to her impressive CV.

Smits is a long-time champion of gender diversity in the investment industry, partnering with groups such as the Diversity Project, Inspiring Girls and 10,000 Black Interns, as well as co-founding a not-for-profit aimed at women in private equity.
