Goldman Sachs has slightly improved the proportion of Black executives in its ranks, although its overall number of senior Black employees has ticked down over the past year.

Around 3.9% of top executives within Goldman’s US operations were Black at the end of 2023, according to newly released numbers, up from 3.7% a year earlier.
