Goldman Sachs-backed Petershill to delist from London Stock Exchange

Investment vehicle set to return $921m of capital to investors

Goldman Sachs-backed investment vehicle Petershill Partners plans to delist from the London Stock Exchange in the latest exit from the bourse.

The firm said it would return $921m of capital to investors, with each shareholder receiving $4.15 per share in cash.
