Goldman Sachs has moved two senior women to new roles within its investment management and audit departments, according to an internal memo seen by FN.

The appointments at one of the world's biggest banking groups come with the wider financial services community continuing to struggle with a reputation as a place where there is a lack of women in top, decision-making positions.
