Companies who force workers to come into the office every day do so at their peril, research found, as hybrid working becomes an ever-more integral part of staff retention.

More than two-thirds of workers say a part office-based and part homeworking schedule is “fundamental” to whether or not they look for a new job, according to a survey by property giant JLL.
