GE Capital sells Australia and New Zealand consumer lending arm

GE Capital has sold its consumer lending business in Australia and New Zealand to an investor group comprising KKR, Deutsche Bank and Värde Partners for an enterprise value of $A8.2bn (€5.96bn).
