FSA concludes Collins Stewart investigation

The Financial Services Authority, the UK watchdog, has concluded its investigation into allegations made against stockbroker Collins Stewart by former employee James Middleweek.

Middleweek sued the firm for unfair dismissal and accused it of various offences including insider trading.
