The lure of e-commerce helped Front Capital Systems to secure a senior banker from CIBC, a top 10 North American bank.

Front, a software provider for fixed income trading that is owned by SunGard Systems, has hired Martin Shaw from CIBC's World Markets division. During his four years at the bank, Shaw was head of the fixed income desk for London, New York and Singapore.
