JC Decaux, the French outdoor advertising company which last October pulled its flotation, has revived its plans for a stock market listing within the next few weeks.

JC Decaux was set to launch its IPO in Paris last summer with the hope of raising as much as €1bn ($860m). It was forced to cancel its sale at the last minute because of stock market conditions. The revival of the deal is the latest indication that the new issue market is staging a comeback.
