Framlington, the UK fund manager, has lost the services of Craig Walton, its group marketing director, soon after the resignation of Mike Vogel, its chief executive.

Walton has quit the retail company after seven years to establish his own business. Earlier this year Vogel also announced plans to set up a new venture and is being replaced by Peter Chambers, formerly investment chief at Gartmore.
