The former chief executive of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association has joined the board of a US-based fintech start-up in his first move since leaving the industry body in April.

Robert Pickel has joined Droit Financial Technology's advisory board alongside two other industry heavyweights: Mark Beeston, previously chief executive of Icap's post-trade business, and Seth Cohen, former UBS group managing board member.
