Crypto firm Copper has appointed former Goldman Sachs banker Amar Kuchinad as its new chief executive.

Kuchinad will take over the role from Dmitry Tokarev, who has been CEO for the last seven years. Tokarev will remain “closely involved” in the firm as the board’s founder director and as a strategic shareholder, Copper said in a 14 October statement.
