Evans Haji-Touma received regulatory approval for Moonstone Capital in May

A City dealmaker who has advised some of the world’s largest sovereign wealth investment funds for the likes of Deutsche Bank and HSBC has set up his own firm in London.

Evans Haji-Touma, once described as a banker who could “raise billions over the course of a day” because of his links to these vast state investment vehicles, received regulatory approval for Moonstone Capital in May.
