One of JP Morgan's most senior Italian bankers has launched a specialist derivatives hedge fund with the former managing partner of UK law firm Clifford Chance's Italian practice.

Alessandro Rombelli, who left JP Morgan at the end of last year, has founded Helm Finance and appointed Nicholas Wrigley as chairman. Wrigley stepped down at Clifford Chance in November.
