Flagship UK property fund continues to fall in value

The UK's largest property fund open to retail investors fell by over £151m (€203.7bn) in value in December, following months of falling UK property values and investors withdrawing money from the asset class.

The Norwich Property Trust's latest valuation on Monday revealed that its portfolio had fallen in value by a further 2.14% since its last valuation in mid-December.
