Fidelity International CEO Anne Richards steps back to become vice-chair

Richards will remain in place until the Fidelity board finds a replacement

Dame Anne Richards is stepping down as chief executive of Fidelity International.

The $714bn asset manager said in a statement that Richards will remain with the company as vice-chair and will focus on “key external relationships and strategic partnerships”. She will remain as CEO until the board finds a replacement.
