CVC Capital Partners, the buy-out group, has promoted Jonathan Feuer and Rob Lucas, both partners at the firm, to its top-tier management team.

Feuer and Lucas will join the six managing partners, which include some of the firm's founders and CVC chairman, Mike Smith.
