FCA staff can work three days at home for another year

Markets watchdog says it wants to provide ‘certainty about our long-term approach’

Staff at the Financial Conduct Authority will be allowed to keep working three days a week from home until the end of next year.

The regulator’s employees have to spend at least 40% of their time in the office each month. The FCA has said that approach will remain in place until 2026 while it reviews its hybrid working policies.
