Complaints to the Financial Conduct Authority about investment platforms have jumped more than 100% in the three years to June 2021, according to latest data from the UK markets watchdog.

The FCA received reports of 17,090 complaints on investment platforms in the first half of 2021, a significant jump from the 8,431 received in the second half of 2019, according to data published on the FCA's website on 28 October.
