FCA says ‘cultural issues’ remain in the City as harassment crackdown nears

Regulator to set out findings from review as financial services put on notice over non-financial misconduct

The Financial Conduct Authority will shortly release the results of its probe into so-called non-financial misconduct as the regulator looks to stamp out harassment and bullying in the City.

Speaking at the regulator’s annual public meeting on 26 September, FCA executive director for markets and international Sarah Pritchard said there had been “significant progress” on diversity and inclusion across financial services, but there were areas “where there is still progress to make and cultural issues remain”.
