FCA pledges to continue sexual harassment crackdown

'I would not want this committee to have any doubt about our resolve to be proactive in taking on these types of complicated cases,' FCA boss says as Odey grilling continues

The Financial Conduct Authority's chief executive has pledged to continue the watchdog's crackdown on non-financial misconduct, as the City reels from the sexual harassment allegations against former titans including Crispin Odey.

Nikhil Rathi told MPs on the influential Treasury Committee that he could not go into specific details about the live investigation into Odey and his eponymous hedge fund Odey Asset Management.
