The UK financial regulator is investigating the treatment of staff at the London offices of Canadian investment bank RBC Capital Markets, following complaints from dozens of ex-employees.

What started out as a fact-finding exercise by The Financial Conduct Authority in the summer of 2018 has developed into an official probe into culture at the bank and the treatment of whistleblowers.
