The Financial Conduct Authority has unveiled a series of measures for a new stock trading platform it claims could “transform” how private companies obtain capital from investors.

The FCA has put forward proposals for its Private Intermittent Securities and Capital Exchange System, known as Pisces, which was announced by the previous UK government in March.
