Regulator joins City institutions in offering more support for women suffering symptoms of the condition

The Financial Conduct Authority has bolstered its menopause support offering for staff in the latest sign the City is taking the condition more seriously.

The watchdog has updated its menopause offering by drafting in an external provider to give support to employees, providing additional guidance for mangers and introducing a dedicated internal network on the issue, according to a person familiar with the matter.
