Former split capital investment specialist Rolly Crawford's new investment boutique, Fairfax IS, has landed its third fundraising role since its launch last year.

It is advising Carbon Credit Capital in its bid to raise funds for a carbon trading venture. It has raised £35m (€50.4bn) for a Bulgarian commercial property fund and £170m for a German residential vehicle.
