Goldman Sachs’s former head of equity capital markets syndicate is set to join a gaming company in a senior role. 

Mark Maislish, who left Goldman for hedge fund Citadel earlier this year, is joining Pragmatic Play in a senior level role, according to people familiar with the matter.
