The former co-head of Deutsche Bank’s investment bank has been hired by industrials firm Standard Industries as chief financial officer a month after retiring from the German lender.

Mark Fedorcik has been named CFO of Standard Industries, a privately-owned New York firm with around 20,000 employees, it said in a statement.
