A former audit senior manager at BDO has been banned from accountancy for 20 years after the regulator found she had misused electronic signatures and faked documents.

Amanda Nightingale, née Cleaver, “acted with sustained dishonesty over a five-year period in relation to a large number of audits”, regulator the Financial Reporting Council said on 14 November.
