A raft of private equity giants have joined the line-up for Evelyn Partners’ professional services business as the deadline for the first round of bids inches closer.

Evelyn Partners, one of the UK’s largest wealth managers as well as an audit and tax adviser, was formed after the merger of Tilney and Smith & Williamson in 2020, rebranding two years later.
