European firms clean up corporate governance

New analysis of Europe's leading companies reveals that most are instituting best-practice rules on corporate governance, although substantial differences exist across the continent.

The study, from the European Corporate Governance Service, analysed 289 companies from 15 countries and is the first of its kind.
