Euroclear moves Mérère to public policy role

Euroclear, the pan-European settlement house, has reshuffled its French executive team as chief executive Joël Mérère steps down.

He becomes an executive director with responsibility for international public policy, and will report to Pierre Francotte, chief executive of the international Euroclear group.
