Duke Street Capital, the UK private equity firm, has poached junk bond investor Zac Summerscale as it prepares its new €500m ($466.1m) debt venture.

Summerscale joins Duke Street from high yield bond investment boutique New Flag Asset Management, which he joined as a portfolio manager when it was founded in May 1999.
