Duke Street Capital has promoted Frédéric Chauffier to managing director of its Continental European operation, while Buchan Scott was promoted to chief operating officer of the group.

Chauffier joined Duke Street in 1998 from Société de Participation et d'Études Financières, the private equity arm of Banques Populaires in France.
