Franco-Belgian financial services group Dexia has appointed a former chief financial officer at Calyon as its general director of finance.

Luc Auberger, previously chief financial officer of Calyon, Crédit Agricole's investment banking arm, will join Dexia on November 27 and become a member of the group's executive committee.
