Deutsche Börse streamlines

A shake-up at Deutsche Börse has brought some of its youngest directors into top positions on its management board, following a reorganisation that simplifies the business into three divisions.

Rudolf Ferscha, 41, becomes head of a new business division which brings together the cash Xetra market and the Eurex futures exchange, to be known as trading and clearing services.
