Deutsche Börse set to postpone iX vote

The board of Deutsche Börse is expected to postpone the shareholder vote on iX when it meets in Frankfurt on Monday. The vote had been scheduled for September 14.

Last week Deutsche Börse insisted that the vote would go ahead, despite the decision by the London Stock Exchange (LSE) to postpone its own shareholder vote, scheduled for the same day, in the wake of the hostile bid from OM Gruppen, the technology company which owns the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
