Deutsche Börse and Nasdaq raided by EU officials over antitrust concerns

The European Commission said it was investigating antitrust in derivatives trading

Deutsche Börse and Nasdaq have been raided by European Union officials as part an investigation into potential antitrust violations.

The European Commission said in a statement that it carried out two unannounced antitrust inspections in two EU member states on 23 September. It said the products under inspection were financial derivatives.
