Deutsche Bank continues restructure of transaction banking business

Former global head of trust and securities Satvinder Singh will lead the new business

Deutsche Bank has restructured part of its Global Transaction Banking division, continuing a theme of merging separate units under one banner.

The Frankfurt-based bank has announced it will combine trust and securities services, cash management for financial institutions, and financial institutions & securities sales, to form institutional cash & securities services.
