Dechert hires private equity partner in Germany

Dechert, the US law firm, has bolstered its European corporate practice with the hire of Laurenti Kiszczuk as a private equity partner in the firm's fledgling Frankfurt office.

Kiszczuk, who was most recently a partner in the Berlin office of Coudert Brothers, will specialise in private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He is the second partner to join Dechert's German practice set up last year by Gerhard Kaiser, who joined from Simmons & Simmons.
