Ipreo, a provider of market intelligence to capital markets professionals, has acquired Debtdomain, a web-based system for loan syndication. As part of the acquisition, Debtdomain co-chief executives Sean Tai and David Levy will join Ipreo's executive committee and will run the loan syndication business under Ipreo's capital markets business.
