CVC Capital Partners, the European private equity group, has appointed four new directors in Paris, Frankfurt, Stockholm and Copenhagen in an effort to strengthen its position in Europe.

Jean-Marc Crepin joins the Paris office as investment director. He previously worked for KPMG Audit in Paris where he specialised in the industrial sector and acquisitions.
