Crispin Odey’s family have restructured some businesses away from the hedge fund tycoon who is preparing to challenge a regulatory fine and ban from the City over his handling of serial sexual misconduct allegations.

Odey’s ex-wife Nichola Pease has helped build new UK companies for each of their three adult children, as firms once partly controlled by Odey that oversee assets for the family are being liquidated.
