Credit Suisse’s management should shoulder most of the blame for the near collapse of the bank, although Swiss regulators also made mistakes, a landmark report from Switzerland’s parliament has found.

The forced merger between Credit Suisse and UBS, agreed in March last year, shocked the banking world and pulled the Swiss banking giant back from collapse.
