CLS Group, the risk mitigation services firm for the FX market, has appointed David Puth as chief executive of CLS Group Holdings, effective August 21. He is also named chief executive of CLS Bank International. Puth was most recently head of global markets at State Street. He has also held senior roles at JP Morgan and sat on the bank's executive committee.
