Clearstream eases cross-border settlement

Clearstream, the German settlement house owned by Deutsche Börse, has introduced a guarantee concept to improve the efficiency of cross-border settlement.

The guarantee facility was developed in co-operation with Deutsche Bundesbank and the Dutch and Austrian central banks.
