City workers silent on neurodiversity over career limitation fears

Neurodivergent professionals believe their career prospects will be limited if they are honest about their condition, a study by The Diversity Project has found.

More than half the 120 people who took part in the report, with autism, Asperger’s, autism spectrum disorder dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADHD, said they had not told their employers about their neurodiversity.
