City of London Corporation proposes review of IPO rules to ‘reinvent’ the capital

The City of London Corporation has published a set of recommendations to “reinvent” London post pandemic, including reviewing listing structures to boost initial public offerings in the capital.

London has been hit hard by the pandemic as the majority of employees continue to work from home and the financial and business districts remain mostly empty. In the region, IPOs have slumped as companies focus on responding to the crisis.
